    Delivery Information

    We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer. Please note that at busy times or if an item is out of stock, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you. Standard Delivery within the UK is free on orders over £40.00, otherwise £4.50. We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail Recorded and it will generally be delivered with your normal post but will require a signature on delivery. You can choose an alternative delivery address at the checkout.

    Overseas Delivery

    We can deliver to addresses outside of the UK. There is an additional cost for the service as detailed below.

  • Returns

    .Pure Argento -Our Guarantee If, for any reason, an item of jewellery purchased from us does not give 100% customer satisfaction we will exchange it or offer a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase date. However, for hygiene reasons we will not exchange or refund earrings. Items need to be returned in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.     When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
